Almost half of respondents reported that their organisations have not yet migrated their telephony systems to the cloud.

  • 91% of teams use instant messaging but only 16% use messaging to communicate with citizens
  • 19% rate their communications channels as excellent in supporting hybrid work
  • 96% rely on email to communicate internally and 87% use the post to reach citizens
