This is also an opportunity for customers to take advantage of our wide range of VoIP and fibre-based broadband solutions ahead of the upcoming WLR Switch-off 2025.

What is the WLR Switch-off in 2025?
BT Openreach can no longer support the ageing network, which means that PSTN (public switched telephone network) and ISDN (integrated services digital network) will be removed from service by December 2025. However, in some parts of the country, services are already being switched off with many more exchanges being added to the stop/sell programme as part of the switch-off.

Why do businesses need to act now?
The PSTN Switch-off is happening, and it’s happening now. Organisations must be prepared in advance of the switch-off. If we all wait until 2025, the resources within BT and other providers will not be able to meet the demand for the support required. For many businesses, more is at stake than just phones and Internet.

The upcoming changes to the UK communications infrastructure could easily put the wider workings of a business at risk. This impacts everything from card machines to emergency alarms, lifts, entry systems and much more. The sooner they act, the better prepared their business will be for the migration to a fully digital network.

We have a library of resources with information, advice and details of alternative solutions that you can access here.

Please reach out to your account manager or service delivery manager with any questions relating to increases in charges.

Power Price Increase – October 2023

As you're aware, the price of energy has been soaring at an unprecedented rate over the last couple of years due to macroeconomic disruption to the market. Unfortunately, this means that from 1 October 2023, Daisy Corporate Services will be implementing price changes to power charges.

The price increases have been felt by everyone and have had a significant impact on the wholesale market, which is why we are now having to notify you of an upcoming price increase.

We understand that this is not welcome news but as our energy contracts are coming to an end, it is inevitable that our prices are increasing in line with the market and as always, we aim to be transparent and appreciate that this is information you need to know in advance.

We are working very closely with our suppliers to minimise the impact on your charges. The energy prices are now trending downwards, so it is vital for us to ensure we strike the best deal when the time is right. The market is still volatile, and we want to take advantage of the drops in the market and pass those savings on to you directly.

Once we have finalised the new prices, we will be in touch again to update you with the details.
