Price Increase – September 2022
From 1st September 2022, Daisy Corporate Services will be applying price changes to some IT and telecom products that are out of contract, this is due to the continued increases in operating costs.
Fixed Network Services Calls
- Local – £0.005
- National – £0.005
- Mobile – £0.005
The following products will be affected with the CPI + 3.9% price increase:
- Fixed Network Services (including Calls)
- Data Network Services
- Maintenance Services
- Mobile Network Services (including Calls)
- Hosted Voice Services (including Calls)
- WiFi
- Co-Location Services
- Online Services
- Cloud Services
- DDSP
- Hosting Services
Current rate of CPI is 9.1% as per National Statistics (ONS) for May 2022.
This is also an opportunity to take advantage of our wide range of VoIP and Fibre based Broadband solutions ahead of the upcoming WLR Switch-off 2025.
What is the WLR Switch-off 2025? BT Openreach can no longer support the ageing network, which means that PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) and ISDN will be removed from service by December 2025. However, in some parts of the country, services are already being switched off with many more exchanges being added to the stop/sell programme as part of the switch-off.
Why act now? The PSTN Switch-off is happening, and it’s happening now. It is your responsibility to ensure your business is prepared in advance of the switch-off; if we all wait until 2025 – the resources within BT and other providers will fall short of the support required. For many businesses, more is at stake than just phones and Internet.
The upcoming changes to the UK communications infrastructure could easily put the wider workings of your business at risk, from card machines to emergency alarms, lifts, entry systems and much more. The sooner you act, the better prepared your business will be for the migration to a fully digital network.
Should you have any questions regarding the increase in the charges, please do not hesitate to contact your account manager or service delivery manager in the first instance.

1 July 2022 Vodafone Unlimited Data Roaming Changes
You may have seen the Vodafone announcement last year that they will be introducing a 25GB data limit whilst travelling outside of the UK.
In order to ensure that you continue to receive the highest possible level of service, please take this letter as notice that our fair usage policy is changing on our Vodafone Unlimited Tariff agreements from 1 July 2022.
For example, if your plan includes unlimited UK data per month, you can use up to 25GB of data each month when roaming in one of our inclusive roaming destinations without additional charges. If you exceed this threshold in a month, there will be a charge of £2.05 per GB.
1 April 2022 – Mobile Worldwide Data Cap – Ofcom Regulatory Change
The worldwide data cap is currently £36.00 ex VAT which means that customers who are opted in will have their out of bundle worldwide roaming charges limited to this amount. In accordance with changes to Ofcom regulatory guidelines, from 1 May 2022 the worldwide data cap is increasing to £45.00 ex VAT and will only affect customers who are opted into the worldwide data cap.
Price Increase Notification
From 1 April 2022, Daisy Corporate Services will be applying price changes to some IT and telecom products, this is in line with major network providers announcing their annual price increases.

Vodafone Mobile Network Announcement
Further to the announcement from Vodafone earlier in the year relating to the introduction of roaming fees within the EU Zones for mobile usage, we now have confirmation on how this will affect our mobile customer base. From 1 January 2022, we will be introducing a daily roaming fee of £2.00 ex. VAT for all new business accounts we onboard. The daily roaming fee will also apply to existing customers, however, only for those who renew after 1 January 2022.
New and existing customers renewing their mobile agreements will be migrated to Daisy’s EU roaming equivalent called 'European Travel Plan' (ETP). The ETP will be applicable for all new and legacy Vodafone mobile tariffs, including Eureka and Select & Share. Customers on the Vodafone Unlimited data tariffs remain unaffected and continue using the TravelFree and TravelPlus roaming feature. Customers roaming in Ireland, or the Isle of Man will be exempt from any daily roaming fees.
