Inbound Number Retirement Announcement from 7 December 2021 – Daisy

Daisy, in conjunction with our suppliers, is working to reduce the number of inactive or no longer used non-geographic number services. In line with our terms of service, Daisy is looking to retire inactive* services and hereby provide 30 days’ notice of this closure.

Where no end-user details are stored, it may not be possible to notify customers individually.

All services will be suspended or fully ceased in the coming weeks – should you experience any disruption to your Daisy managed inbound service, please contact us using the number on your monthly invoice or your account manager.

*Inactive is defined as services with very little to no usage within the last 15 months and zero calls within the last 3 months.

From 1 April 2021, Daisy Corporate Services is applying a price change to its monthly charge

From 1 April 2021, Daisy Corporate Services is applying a price change to its monthly charges to help cover the increased operating costs. The following products will be affected with the price changes applied as standard:

  • WLR Care Level 4 – increase of £2.10 per Care Level
  • WLR Setup Charge – Increase of £0.01
  • All other charges – increase of CPI + 3.9%

The following products will be affected with the CPI + 3.9% price increase:

  • Fixed Network Services
  • Data Network Services
  • Maintenance Services
  • Mobile Network Services
  • Hosted Voice Services
  • WiFi
  • Co-Location Services
  • Online Services
  • Cloud Services
  • DDSP
  • Hosting Services
