Daisy Awarded Unique Place On 10 Lots of RM3808 Framework

Daisy Corporate Services strengthens its public sector offering after 10-lot award.

Daisy Corporate Services has been awarded places on ten lots of Crown Commercial Service’s new Network Services 2 framework agreement (RM3808). This achievement builds upon Daisy’s previous successes as a provider on all lots of the preceding Network Services Framework Agreement (RM1045) which supported the UK public sector in conducting 471 procurements, totalling more than £70 million of services from Daisy.

Today’s announcement allows Daisy Corporate Services to provide the full range of services and solutions to public sector organisations across the UK by designing, delivering and supporting the latest IT, communications and cloud technologies. This will allow said organisations to deliver efficiency, power productivity and conserve expenditure – ultimately delivering a more citizen-centric service to the UK population.

Daisy successfully passed a rigorous, competitive selection process to secure positions on the following lots:

Lot 1: Data Access Services

Lot 2:  Local Connectivity Services

Lot 3: Traditional Telephony Services

Lot 4: Inbound Telephony Services

Lot 6: Mobile Voice & Data Services

Lot 7: Paging and Alerting Services

Lot 8: Video Conferencing Services

Lot 9: Audio Conferencing Services

Lot 11: Radio Services

Lot 12: Security and Surveillance Services

Crown Commercial Service expects to award Lots 5, 10 and 13 in due course.

Daisy Corporate Services already provides services and support to some of the UK’s largest public sector bodies, ranging from telephony, contact centre and unified communications (UC), right through to network-centric IT services like LAN, WiFi, cloud and connectivity solutions.

Andy Riley, Director of Public Sector, said:

“We are extremely proud of the part Daisy Corporate Services has already played in supporting the UK Government’s vision for the use of technology, digital and data within the public sector, and so we are thrilled to continue that work and to be part of this new iteration of the Network Services Framework. We are committed to helping the public sector with the right technology, services and most importantly, skilled people to maximise the efficiencies that technology can deliver.

We are keen to speak to organisations within the public sector and help them understand the opportunities that this new agreement can provide them.

The team at Daisy are now highly-knowledgeable about this new framework and would be happy to provide advice and support to any public sector organisations.”
