The Daisy Corporate Services Trading Limited board is pleased to announce that they have reached agreement with the Board of ECSC on the terms of a recommended cash acquisition of ECSC Group Plc.
Acquisition aims to enhance Daisy’s existing cyber security services
Over the last two decades, Daisy Group has grown to be one of the largest providers of communications and IT solutions across the UK. The Daisy Group has successfully executed over fifty acquisitions as part of its corporate development strategy which has created a diverse and well-balanced product portfolio, to meet the evolving needs of its customers.
Part of the Daisy Group, Daisy Corporate Services (DCS) is a leading UK provider of secure IT, communications, cloud services, operational resilience and cyber security solutions for mid-market, large corporate enterprises and public sectors.
Established in 2000, ECSC Plc is a full-service cyber security service provider. ECSC provides expert security breach prevention, detection and response support to organisations across all sectors and to range of corporate and blue-chip customers.
Enhancing the Daisy Corporate Services (DCS) cyber capability is a key strategic opportunity to drive DCS’s growth plans and enhance its customer proposition. The opportunity ECSC represents is a strong fit with the existing DCS business and operations. The ECSC acquisition provides highly complementary services to DCS’s current operational resilience offerings. In addition, the acquisition will provide significant opportunities for providing cyber security services into Daisy’s wider managed service customer base.
