In line with Vodafone’s pricing update applied on 23 July 2016, Daisy implemented price changes to Vodafone out-of-bundle calls from 1 August 2016. Unfortunately, in some cases these pricing updates were applied in error for the period 23-31 July.
How was my bill affected?
In order to avoid overcharging customers, Daisy removed all Vodafone out-of-bundle charges relating to the period 23-31 July from customers’ August invoices.
What happens next?
Any applicable Vodafone out-of-bundle charges from 23-31 July will now be recalculated at the correct rate and reapplied to September invoices.
