Opal/TTB Call Recording Storage – End of Life Notification

The TTB Call Recording products became End of Life on the 30 June 2023 and will have the access for stored call recordings turned off on 26 November 2023.
Any recordings which need to be retained must be downloaded before 26 November 2023. Access will be removed after this period and all recordings will be deleted in accordance with GDPR regulations. Please note that the underlying service will still work as normal, it is only the call recordings which will no longer be accessible.
