NEW MICROSOFT COMMERCE EXPERIENCE (NCE)

Microsoft is enhancing its new commerce platform to simplify and streamline the customer experience and adapt to meeting the current business needs of organisations of all sizes. As part of the New Commerce Experience (NCE), there will be a change in how you and your business purchase Microsoft online services including:

• Dynamics 365
• Office 365
• Microsoft 365
• Window 365

Key dates are as follows:

• NCE is now generally available
• Introductory promotions launched
  • Monthly discount to annual price till 30^th June 2022
  • Annual discount ends 31^st March 2022
• From 1^st March 2022, revised pricing on a select number of SKU’s will be issued (20% estimated increase to current annual pricing)
• From 10^th March 2022 all new subscriptions must be purchased in NCE
• Legacy subscriptions must be renewed into NCE by 30^th June 2022
