EVENT: 'Cook and Dine' with Cisco

What to expect from the event:

Under the guidance of chef tutors, expert both in their chosen cuisines and in imparting their skills and knowledge, delegates will prepare a three-course meal.

Menus can be adapted to take into account preferences, delegates’ dietary restrictions and allergies.

On the evening, we will divide into three teams to cook the meal: one group preparing starters, one group mains and one desserts. It’s fine dining quality without the pretentions.

It’s also a networking opportunity with other Daisy and Cisco customers. You’ll be able to ask Cisco about their latest technology, before the wider public.

The location:

‘Cook and Dine’ will take place in Hengata restaurant, which is part of the Harborne Food School. Hengata is the highest rated local restaurant on both Google and TripAdvisor.

The event will be participative with all delegates having the opportunity to prepare, cook and serve food. There will be prizes on the night for best chef . . . and more frivolous categories!

The event is pitched such that delegates of mixed culinary ability, from the gifted amateur chef to the kitchen novice, can participate, learn and enjoy.

The chefs vary their approach based on the abilities and engagement of the group so that a first-class meal is produced.

When the meal is prepared you will dine in the restaurant area. And, of course, there will be drinks!

Starting at 4pm and finishing by 7pm, you will have an unforgettable cooking experience with great networking, food and drinks and maybe leave with some industry secrets from both Cisco and the chefs!
