Daisy Corporate Services awarded unique place on all 13 lots of RM3808 Framework

Daisy only organisation to secure place on all 13 lots of public sector framework.

Having already secured a position on all 10 lots of the UK Government’s Network Services 2 framework agreement (RM3808) announced on 11 September by Crown Commercial Service (CCS), Daisy Corporate Services has now also secured places on the remaining three lots – and is the only organisation to do so.

This new framework directly replaced the legacy Network Services framework agreement (RM1045) from July 2019 and this announcement concludes the awards process.

As the provider of IT, communications and cloud, and already a trusted provider of voice and unified communications solutions to the public sector, the position on lots 5, 10 and 13 underpins this commitment to keeping the sector connected.

Daisy successfully passed a rigorous, competitive selection process to secure positions on the following lots:

Lot 5: IP Telephony Services

Lot 10: Unified Communications

Lot 13: Contact Centre Services

Daisy Corporate Services provides services and support to some of the UK’s largest public sector bodies, ranging from telephony, contact centre and unified communications (UC), right through to network-centric IT services like LAN, WiFi, cloud and connectivity solutions.

Andy Riley, Director of Public Sector, said:

“We are proud to be the only supplier to have secured positions on all 13 lots showcasing Daisy Corporate Services’ strength in its public sector offerings and commitment to this sector. As the largest independent supplier to the public sector in IT and telecoms we will continue to innovate and lead the way in supplying public sector bodies with the services they require.”
