Daisy Corporate Services (DCS) proudly announces the successful recertification of ISO 22301, the international standard for business continuity management systems.
This milestone reaffirms the company’s steadfast dedication to excellence and resilience in safeguarding its customers’ operations against disruptions. The meticulous audit process required for ISO 22301 certification further emphasises DCS’ commitment to accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
“We have held an ISO 22301 certification since 2013,” says David McGoldrick, Operations & Service Delivery Manager at DCS. “The recertification process every three years serves as a testament to our enduring dedication to providing a continuous high level of service for our valued customers, without compromise.”

- Business Impact Analysis: Ensuring a thorough understanding of potential threats and their impact on business operations.
- Exercise Programme: Testing, innovating, and rehearsing with customers to validate response and recovery strategies.
- Processes and Documentation: Assessing the clarity, consistency, and alignment of policies, plans, and procedures with ISO 22301 standards.
- Site Visit to Aston Recovery Centre: Evaluating the readiness and capabilities of DCS’s recovery facilities.
“Regular audits for our ISO 22301 ensure we remain at the forefront of business continuity management,” says Sarah Morfett, ISO Standards Controller at DCS. “Our successful recertification shows we are equipped to navigate any challenges should they arise.”
With Daisy Corporate Services, customers can rest assured that they are supported by a company that meets their needs today and prepares them for challenges in the future.
About This Certification
ISO 22301 is an international standard for business continuity management developed by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO). It provides a framework for organisations to implement, maintain, and continually improve a robust business continuity management system (BCMS). The primary goal is to help prepare, respond to, and recover from disruptive incidents such as natural disasters, technological failures, pandemics, and other unexpected events.
