As part of its 2019 Manufacturing Report produced in conjunction with both Mitel and The Manufacturer, Daisy polled UK manufacturing businesses to establish how many are embracing unified communications (UC) strategies, automation, Big Data and Industry 4.0, as well providing an overall assessment of key priorities and concerns for the next 36 months.
While the manufacturing sector as a whole may be technologically advanced, with Brexit looming on the horizon and disconnect in some organisations between existing technologies and core business objectives, it is clear that there are still some challenges to overcome.
