Daisy, in conjunction with our suppliers, is working to reduce the number of inactive or no longer used non-geographic number services. In line with our terms of service, Daisy is looking to retire inactive* services and hereby provide 30 days’ notice of this closure.
Where no end-user details are stored, it may not be possible to notify customers individually.
All services will be suspended or fully ceased in the coming weeks – should you experience any disruption to your Daisy managed inbound service, please contact us using the number on your monthly invoice or your account manager.
*Inactive is defined as services with very little to no usage within the last 15 months and zero calls within the last 3 months.
