Statement from Cisco
Cisco has been actively monitoring the situation in China regarding Coronavirus and the efforts to control its spread. As you’re likely aware, the Chinese Government extended the Lunar New Year holiday nationally through February 3, with many provincial and city authorities enacting further extensions and various travel restrictions across the country. In order to comply with official guidance and to protect our workforce, Cisco manufacturing operations in mainland China will not resume until the week of February 10. As a result, we rescheduled commit dates for impacted orders and updated lead times on new orders for select product families manufactured in region. All committed dates now reflect the current situation.
Please be assured that Cisco’s top priority is the satisfaction and support of our customers and stakeholders. We have well-established processes to coordinate our efforts during outbreaks like the Coronavirus, including our Global Business Resiliency (GBR) and Supply Chain Incident Management (SCIM) programs. We will continue to monitor the situation and assess opportunities to minimise further impact.
We thank you for your understanding as we navigate this situation.
Daisy Corporate Services will communicate any further updates if and when received.
