Migrating and running your IT infrastructure in the cloud can often be a complex task with many considerations that require expert knowledge of IT infrastructure and services across on-premise, privately hosted and public cloud environments. Getting the maximum value from a hybrid cloud model is crucial.
As an integrated cloud services platform that can be used to develop, deploy and direct applications, Azure can help accelerate your cloud journey.
On that journey however, it is vital to ensure that the architecture design meets all of your technical requirements with key factors such as availability, performance, compliance, cost control, data sovereignty and security covered. It is also crucial to ensure that the workloads to be deployed into the public cloud are considered carefully and optimised to support your business outcomes.
Working with Daisy cloud specialists who have the relevant expertise to assess, design, deploy, and manage your IT environment, will help ensure the success of your cloud experience.

THE WAY YOU SUBSCRIBE TO AZURE IS CHANGING
You may be aware that as part of the New Commerce Experience, Microsoft has introduced Azure Plan.
Microsoft has stated that all current Azure subscriptions must be transitioned to Azure Plan by 31 July 2022. The transition to Azure Plan (which Daisy will carry out on your behalf) is seamless and should have no effect on how you use and consume your subscriptions, or how you are billed for them each month.
We will contact you prior to moving your subscriptions to Azure Plan however, in the meantime, if you have any questions, please contact your Account Manager.
Azure Optimisation
As an integrated cloud service that can be used to develop, deploy and direct applications, Azure can help accelerate your cloud journey. However, market research shows that once businesses have taken the leap to migrate their IT infrastructure into the public cloud, they rarely take advantage of the key features Azure offers in order to release greater flexibility and drive business productivity.
Enhanced Azure capabilities are often not utilised effectively and businesses are missing out on the benefits. For example, key areas such as availability, performance, compliance, security and cost control that ought to be significantly improved, can be at the same level or, in some cases, poorer than the previous solution and this is especially the case where organisations have migrated to the public cloud on a like-for-like basis rather than transformed and optimised their services.
