We deliver and support the full range of Mitel solutions from traditional telephony, unified communications and contact centres both on-premise or in the cloud (public or private). We have the largest number of Mitel customers in the UK and hold more than 850 technical accreditations covering MiVoice Business and MX-ONE. These accreditations are held by 12 Pre Sales Specialists and over 115 Engineers (including technical support, field and project engineers). This extensive knowledge and resource enables us to have an installed base of over 1900 customers running Mitel solutions.
In July 2024, we were awarded the Mitel Technical Excellence badge for a Technical Performance Index (TPI) score above 80%, and the Customer Champion badge for optimising customers’ Mitel solutions. We also hold Mitel Enterprise UK&I Partner of the Year Award and ‘Vertical Business Specialist’ status in the education, health, finance, hospitality and professional services sectors.
