WHAT MICROSOFT’S NEW COMMERCE EXPERIENCE MEANS FOR YOU
A new program has been announced by Microsoft which means that how you subscribe to Microsoft O365 and other subscription services through Daisy is changing. Called the “New Commerce Experience” or NCE, this is a natural evolution of how you can continue to purchase Microsoft’s online suite of services via Daisy, for example:
Microsoft has launched the NCE with the aim of improving flexibility for dynamic business and providing cost savings for those consumers who are able to make longer-term commitments.
Key dates announced by Microsoft:
- NCE is now generally available
- Introductory promotions launched
- Monthly discount to annual price till 30 June 2022
- Annual discount ends 31 March 2022
- From 14 March 2022, revised pricing on a select number of SKU’s will be issued (20% estimated increase to current annual pricing)
- From 10 March 2022 all new subscriptions must be purchased in NCE
- Renewals on the legacy program can be transacted up until midnight (UTC) on 10th of July 2022. After this time, all renewals must be transacted via NCE.

Not For Profit Price Increase – September 2022
Effective from the 1st of September 2022, Microsoft are increasing the price on a subset of products impacting Not For Profit customers. The products which will be impacted by this increase are as follows:
Office 365 E1
Office 365 E3
Office 365 E5
Microsoft 365 E3
Microsoft 365 Business Premium
The price increase will only affect new purchases and renewals processed from the 1st of September.
