Rewards and Benefits
There are three key principles we apply to what we do every day at Daisy and how we can make a difference.
Is it innovative? Is it forward-thinking – not just more of the same? Is it going to make us the best at what we do, and is it an achievement we’ll be proud of when we’ve done it? Let’s be ambitious!
DEVELOP OUR PEOPLE
Our people are the business. Life is much more interesting when we’re learning new skills or experiences. When people are learning, it brings new perspectives, new ideas, it helps people improve themselves and advance their careers. Let’s develop our people!
DELIGHT OUR CUSTOMERS
When we do anything for a customer, provide a solution or sort a problem out, and we ask them what they think, we want them to be delighted with us. That’s what we aim for, and if we achieve it, we will build long-term loyalty and they will grow with us. Let’s delight our customers!
What Our People Say...
"With the support of the Retentions Team and ongoing training via Daisy University, I have become successful in my role and consistently hit my targets."
Natalie Mullen – Customer Retentions Executive
"There is no denying it has been a difficult year for everyone, and Daisy has offered excellent support and flexibility, adapting the business to ensure we have all stayed safe whilst still maintaining a very engaging working environment. I am so glad I have been fortunate enough to start my career at Daisy."
Alex Hitchen – NOC Engineer
Rachel Everett – HR Business Partner
"Why I like working for Daisy. It was William Cowper who wrote, variety is the spice of life, and if I didn’t know better, I could assume he was employed by Daisy! Initially working within our Business Continuity department and now in the Avaya UC support team the focus has always been on offering the customer the best service we can, I can honestly say no day is ever the same".
Jeff Clark – UC Support Engineer
"I feel like I am part of a community whilst working at Daisy. I get to be a part of an innovative group of engineers with a lot of experience in the Telecoms industry. Although the pandemic has forced many people to work from home, including me, I still felt united with my colleagues even though I could not see them in the office. Not only do I get to have the opportunity to learn in the head office in Nelson, but I also get to experience travelling to different offices to meet other people in the organisation".
Camille Fuerte – Apprentice UC Technician
"Since joining Daisy, I have learnt so much. There is such a pleasant environment within Daisy which makes it so welcoming".
Izzy Molloy – Apprentice Marketing Assistant
Everything we achieve, we achieve with people, and for people. Our customers. Our colleagues. Our suppliers. Our families and neighbours. The communities where we live, work and do business. Our whole, wider, interconnected world. Find out more about the community involvement and development initiatives we support.
Whether we’re creating dynamic, less resource-hungry systems, helping you reduce travel miles or championing greater energy efficiency, what’s good for the planet tends to be good for your business. That is why we are using the seven pillars of circularity so that we can learn and align to the practices also promoted through UN-Compact.
We’re stronger when we work together. To our customers, we’re more than a supplier, we’re a trusted partner. Meanwhile, thanks to our partnerships with the world’s top technology partners, we’re able to blend solutions in ways that redefine excellence and sustainability.
