Daisy is committed to safeguarding you, our customers, and to fully complying with Ofcom’s General Condition 4 – Emergency Call Numbers. It is a requirement for Daisy to ensure, where possible, that 999 call handlers have accurate location data to help with locating our customers in the event of an emergency. This is where we need your help!
Here at Daisy, we will conduct an annual validation exercise to ensure that the location information we have on file is accurate. To do this, we will contact you asking you to confirm your details so that we can make any necessary amendments. All we ask is that you kindly take the time to respond to ensure you are fully safeguarded.
